Benson Preamp Dan Flashes Complicated Pattern - Limited Edition

This Limited Edition pedal is inspired by a sketch in a 2021 episode of the Netflix  comedy series "I Think You Should Leave" with Tim Robinson, in which a character is obsessed with a store named "Dan Flashes" that sells expensive shirts with complicated patterns. "Dan Flashes" has since become a way to make fun of a notably elaborate or colorful pattern.

We call this our Preamp because it is! The circuit is based on the our Chimera 30 watt guitar amplifier, but substitutes FET transistors for the vacuum tubes. The result is an extremely amp-like and versatile clean boost/overdrive/fuzz pedal that imparts rich harmonics and a very musical EQ to your signal chain…truly a Chimera in a box!
